"Just Peachy" is located on the West side of the home (upstairs). It is named for the soft, beige peach that it is. We chose this color because it reminded us of a color found in the beautiful, red rocks that one can find near Bryce Canyon. This room overlooks downtown Panguitch in the distance. It comes with a nice Queen bed and TV.. It has it's own air condition and heating unit. This room has a private bath with a walk in shower. It also has a fridge and microwave for your convenience. This room has a lot of the charm of the old house. Please be aware this room is located upstairs.

This spacious room is located next to the old house in our cottage area. It has a ground floor private entrance and is beautifully decorated. This room is equipped with a king size bed and has a private three piece bath with a walk in shower. It also has it's own fridge, microwave, and coffee maker, as well as heating and air conditioning for your comfort.

This brand new king room is located outside of the old house in our courtyard area. Warmly decorated with some antique pieces, we hope you will feel at home in this room. A king size bed with a headboard made from an original door out of the old house, is the centerpiece. It has a private ground level entrance with it's own heating and air conditioning. This room features a private three piece bath with a tub and shower combo. It is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. We hope you love this room as much as we do.

The "Lookout" room is located on the South side of the home (upstairs), and overlooks Center Street in Panguitch. History has it that from this "lookout" window, young ladies liked to observe the local young men walking by. This room has blue-gray walls and off-white trim. It comes with a nice queen bed, and a TV,. It has a nice sitting area to enjoy a good book in. An air conditioning/heating unit will provide comfort. This room has a private bath with a walk in shower. It also has a fridge and microwave for your convenience. Please be aware this room is located upstairs.

The "Mountain View" room is located on the East side of the home (upstairs). From the room's East window, one can take in the view of the beautiful Paunsaungunt Plateau in the distance. An added bonus is the view of the historic Hatch home, another of Panguitch's red brick treasures. This room comes with a nice Queen  bed, TV and a spacious closet. An air conditioning/heating unit will provide comfort. This room has a private bath with a wonderful old claw-foot tub with shower. Much of the charm of the old house can be felt in this room. Please be aware this room is located upstairs.

This beautiful new King room is located outside of the old house with it's own private entrance. However, it is located on the second floor accessible only by stairs. The room has a comfortable king size bed and a comfortable sitting area, as well as it's own heating/air conditioning unit.  It is equipped with a spacious bathroom having a separate large walk in shower and soaking tub for a nice soak after a long day of hiking.  Please keep in mind, the room is located on the second floor.
